Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

- Cancellation by the Customer 

  - Cancellations or appointment rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. 

  - If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours, you may incur a cancellation fee. This fee could be a percentage of the service charge or, in some cases, the full deposit amount, depending on the specific service booked.

- Refunds:

  - Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original payment method. 

  - All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period (e.g., 7–10 business days) and are subject to our review. 

- Cancellation by Kelly Liu Hair Studio: 

  - We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, unforeseen events (including inclement weather), or other circumstances beyond our control. 

  - In cases where we cancel your appointment, you will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

- No-Show Policy: 

  - If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee. 

  - Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms, including the Payment Policy, at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website and Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
